All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. If the size isn’t quite right we offer a free first exchange to make sure we get it perfect for you.

We recommend that you purchase your regular EU size, if you’re not sure on sizing, we offer a personalised fit consultation here. All of our shoes run true to size.

Returns are free for our friends in Australia for full priced items, all sale items can be returned for store credit. If you’re one of our international friends, all returns and exchanges are sent back to our warehouse at your own cost.

When returning your items to us, please ensure they’re in their original packaging with their packing slips inside.
